I prefer correspondence by email. It is just more convenient for me that way. If you have questions it gives me a chance to gather and research all of the information needed to provide you with the detailed answers that you require to make an educated decision. I am usually very quick to answer emails and I answer all of them.

I am home-based and also work a day job. As such I am usually very difficult to catch by phone. If you absolutely need to talk to me, no way around it, shoot me an email with a phone number and best time to call. I will do my best to call in a timely fashion.

Defects: I guarantee for 90 days from date of purchase against the failure of my custom controls under normal circumstances. This warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. The guarantee does not cover damage or abuse including but not limited to improper installation, damage done by any liquids or any other damage caused by the customer or technician. If you have one of my products and it fails on it's own I will repair or replace it (at my option) for 90 days.

If the product has been worked on or modified, this will void the warranty and they will no longer be covered.

Order Cancellation: I only accept order cancellations with a refund (minus PayPal/Credit Card charges) within 7 days of receiving your order. This is because of the costs associated with parts procurement, prep, work accomplished, etc. If you wish to cancel your order AFTER the 7 day grace period, there will be a 50% fee associated with the refund. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Your payment is acceptance of a binding contract to have your work done as stated.

CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES TO ME. I WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK. WHEN SHIPPING PRODUCTS BACK TO ME IT MUST BE INSURED AND INCLUDE TRACKING INFO. UNFORTUNATELY, IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE I CAN NO LONGER JUST ACCEPT YOUR WORD THAT IT WAS STUCK IN A BOX AND MAILED. I AM SORRY FOR THIS UNFORTUNATE INCONVENIENCE.
